Negotiations are on with the help of our partners, EIFL and INASP, to procure more resources at affordable rates.
(Please note that the journal databases that NeLIC offers will depend on member demand and availability as well as the subscription cost. NeLIC will work to provide more databases in the future.
In addition, authors from Nepal as a partner country of EIFL get Article Processing Charges (APCs) waived or discounted when they publish in an Open Access journal of the following publishers.
